Hi my name is Rachel I am 11 yrs old and from Lynchburg Va.. I am trying to get to San Diego for the State Games of America to be held on August of 2011 to compete but I need funding we are trying to raise $3,000 to get there please help me with my Dream. Here is a little bit about my skating history and how I qualified to compete.

I started skating when I was 7
I am a member of the Lynchburg Figure Skating Club and the North Carolina Figure Skating Club
I have placed first with my team in the Worlds Competition in Boston
I have participated in several theatre programs such as Hair Spray, Wonka on Ice, and Circus on Ice and been in Christmas on Ice in Lynchburg at Lahaye Skating Rink for 4 years.
Out of the past 5 competitions I have placed 1st
I was recently a special guest skater at the Greensboro N.C. Ice House Christmas Show
I was chosen to be a Sweeper Skater out of over 100 applicants for the 2011 United States Figure Skating Nationals with all of the Figure Skating Olympians such as Rachel Flatt and Evan Lysacek.
I have been coached by Olympian Paul Wylie and skated with Nancy Kerrigan

HELLO

hello every one are you having a good day?!!!!! i went skating today and had so much fun! just renumber Jesus love's us all so so very much and he will never leave us no matter what we do make the right choices and pray to him and read the bible!!! LOVE ALWAYS RACHEL:)
